As a service to WCC members and our community, WCC facilities may be utilized for private events such as small parties, showers, picnics, etc.

Room Reservation
Room Rental Policy [Must Read This First]
As a service to WCC members and the Wentzville community, select WCC rooms may be utilized for private events such as small parties, showers, meetings, etc. All requests are subject to calendar availability and may be denied for any reason.
- Rentals are for one-time usage only, not recurring events
- Requests must be submitted at least 3 weeks in advance
- Worship Center and main lobby are not available for rental
- WCC campus cannot be used for fundraisers or events where a fee is collected or money is exchanged
- Weddings/receptions are only available for active WCC members and immediate family [contact the office]
- It may take up to 1 week to process requests; you will be contacted by email or phone
Ball Field Rental
Ball Field Policy [Must Read This First]
- All reservations will be completed through the online forms below; please do not call the office for reservations
- Ball field usage is $40 per month which includes a 90 minute slot per week
- Our insurance requires that each team submit a Certificate of Liability Insurance [COI] to use our campus. This must be submitted within 3 business days of filling out the reservation form. You will need to contact your league director to get the COI or purchase your own policy. The COI can be emailed to jacqi@wentzvillecc.org or dropped off in the WCC office.
