What does it mean to Adopt-A-Family?
“Adopting” or sponsoring a child or family is a wonderful way to bless a family that finds themselves in difficult times. Beginning the first Sunday in November, we will have lists of children (anonymous) including their gender, age, and a wish list. To sponsor a child, you simply pick up a tag in the lobby, just outside the office, at WCC and exchange for a wish list for that child, purchase a minimum of 3 gifts (but not to exceed $150 total per child), and bring them unwrapped and labeled by December 5th. How to Request Gifts for your children:
If you are a family that finds yourself in difficult times and could use some help with Christmas gifts this year, you can apply to be a part of our Adopt-A-Family program. Applications must be submitted by November 18th at the latest. Families are restricted to children under the age of 18. Limit your wish list items to $40 max per item. No family can be assisted more than 2 years consecutively.
Wrapping Party

Our annual Adopt-a-Family wrapping party is a fantastic way to kick-off the Christmas season! Join us as we wrap the gifts collected for our Adopt-a-Family program. We will have cookies and hot chocolate to share.
