At wentzvilleKidz, we recognize that parenting is hard and many parents feel like they are failing. It often seems like parents are all doing it alone and don’t need another responsibility heaped on their heads, much less things they feel like they don’t fully understand. That’s where our partnership comes in – the heart of wentzvilleKidz is to empower parents to be the spiritual lead at home. Let’s build on this fire to ignite a passion for Jesus, the Bible, the Church, and Others by talking through some important things and with parents in all phases.
Wednesday, March 11th at 6:30 pm will be our first ever Parent Talk. We will have parents who have ‘been there, done that’ and parents who are in the thick of it come and share so that we are encouraged, informed, and can connect with others who are in the same phase. It takes a village and what better village than the church!
Robert and Kellee Gentry of High Hill Christian Church will be joining us to talk about technology and our kids. Childcare for children birth – 5th grade will be provided as well as light refreshments. We will meet in room 205. Pre-registration is required so we know how many kids will be here.
